What we treat

Hands that read the body from the feet up.

Every service below is delivered by trained reflexologists — male and female therapists available. Most conditions are handled in packages of 3–5 sittings, with diet and habit guidance built in. No forms, no waiting rooms: just walk in, any hour.

The Relief Feet way

Packages, not pushovers.

We never sell single flashy sessions and vanish. Your therapist maps the problem, suggests how many sittings it realistically takes (often 3–5), and adjusts as your body responds.

Honest, well-priced

"Peaceful ambiance, courteous staff, and really well-priced" — words from an actual Google review. Rates are shared before the first press.

⏱

Choose your hour

Open 24 hours means the 5 a.m. walk and the 11 p.m. ache both get the same careful hands.

ðŸ―

Food & habit coaching

Reflexology works better when what you eat supports it. Every plan includes simple dietary nudges — no crash diets, no supplements pushed on you.

Pick your therapist

Regulars ask for Mr. Purushotham for foot reflexology and kidney-stone work, and Ms. Mahalakshmi for women's health. Both are on duty.

Before you walk in

Questions people actually ask at the door

Does reflexology hurt?

There can be tenderness where your body holds tension — it should feel like "good hurt", never bruising pain. Tell your therapist anytime and the pressure changes immediately.

How many sessions will I need?

Most visitors see meaningful change in 3–5 sittings; long-standing issues take more. Your therapist gives an honest estimate after the first read-out — we'd rather set real expectations than promise miracles.

Is it a replacement for my doctor?

No. Reflexology is complementary therapy. For kidney stones, diabetes, ligament tears or anything under active medical care, keep following your doctor — we work alongside that plan, not against it.

Do you have a female therapist?

Yes — Ms. Mahalakshmi handles women's wellness, periods-related concerns and general reflexology, and is highly recommended in our reviews.

Really open 24 hours?

Yes, all seven days. If the door is shut at odd hours, call 070104 74579 and someone will attend to you.
